A winter without a cold does not sound too realistic, although it is in your power to try not to get sick. Here are some tips that will reduce the risk of virus attacks on the body:


  1. Maintain a balanced diet.

Daily — a portion of bright vegetables and fruits. Red, yellow, orange, purple, and green colors indicate a high content of phytonutrients, most of which have antioxidant activity.

Fatty fish: tuna, salmon, halibut, mackerel.

Yogurt with live bacterial cultures.

Nuts and fresh herbs.

Try to balance your daily diet so that the necessary trace elements and vitamins enter the body with food. This is especially true for vitamins C, D, and E.


2. Drink tea.
