Microneedling is a method of fractional exposure to the skin by applying microtrauma (microneedle therapy - MIT). As a result of the procedure, not only the skin is renewed due to the stimulation of "new" young collagen, but also the utilization of "old" spent collagen. In the course of many clinical studies, it has been proven that all changes in the skin occur in a physiological mode.

Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) Dermapen Mesotherapy

Platelet-rich Plasma (PRP) Dermapen Mesotherapy, also known as collagen induction therapy, is ideal for the treatment of wrinkles and fine lines, acne scars and scars, surgical scars, stretch marks, hyperpigmentation, sagging skin, sun damage and enlarged pores. Mesotherapy can be performed on the face and on the body, suitable for all skin types and shades. Dermapen creates tiny punctures in the tissue layers of the dermis and epidermis. Micro-injections successfully stimulate the production of collagen and the release of the body's natural growth factors in the skin. During microneedling, platelet-rich plasma is injected into the skin tissue using Dermapenes with combined PRP treatment. Blood enriched with platelets increases the production of collagen and promotes the restoration of skin tissue, making it smoother, healthier and more beautiful. The combination of these two treatments promotes the natural process of skin repair, healing and improving its appearance.

Dermapen is not only a microneedling therapy, but also a method of delivering drugs to the skin layers. The Dermapen device will be convenient for working with the face, neck, decollete and stretch marks on the body. The ability to change cartridges for each problem and patient is a profitable and convenient plus when working with dermapen.

Indications

Rosacea

Rosacea is one of the most common problems, it is a whole symptom complex that is not limited to local manifestations, therefore, the same approach is needed for its correction - a comprehensive one.

Hyperpigmentation

Melanin is primarily a protection for the skin. But its excess is a stain that I would like to get rid of. Dermapen effectively solves this problem. The necessary inflammatory reactions created by MIT are doing their job.

Wrinkles

Deep wrinkles are the number one problem. Working with a 1-needle cartridge allows you to solve this problem without using fillers. Deep wrinkle therapy is primarily a targeted effect on the problem area. The processes of remodulation and proliferation are not only recovery from damage, but also the synthesis of new cells and tissues. To work with aging skin, we primarily set the task of replacing or completely remodeling dermal and epidermal structures. Large-scale damage to the dermal and epidermal layers of the skin triggers repair processes in them with the formation of a huge amount of renewed cellular pool. A powerful proliferative stimulus is created with accelerated recovery and growth processes. All these factors make it possible to completely change the cellular composition of the skin within 6 months. For this procedure, we recommend using a cartridge with 9 and 1 needles. It is precisely this kind of damage, the creation of a confluent zone, that makes it possible to perform high-quality therapy.

Scars

Based on the type of scars, their age characteristics, and the features of their modulation and correction, we recommend using MIT mainly for atrophic scars. To correct Dermapen scars, we recommend using cartridges with 1 and 9 needles. Due to their high penetrating ability and the ability to work with the scar from different angles, including the subcision method, Dermapen will deservedly occupy a priority place in correction methods.

Oily skin

Oily skin is not a problem, the problem is what causes oily skin. Dermapen changes not only the cellular composition, but also their functionality. For seboregulation, we suggest using Dermapen with a 24-needle cartridge. This cartridge is gentle enough for sensitive skin, and it makes it possible to perform high-quality medical microneedling. The procedure is recommended to be performed in combination with drugs that have a seboregulatory function.

Dermapen allows you to get rid of dilated and non-functional microvessels. This possibility lies in the first phase of microneedling, the inflammatory phase. It is this phase that makes it possible, due to inflammatory factors, to finally get rid of those that have already been mechanically destroyed by Vascular dermapenosis. It also simultaneously stimulates the growth and formation of new blood vessels.

Dermapen Mesotherapy with Exosomes

Exosomes have revolutionized aesthetic medicine. First of all, they stimulate the synthesis of collagen, which is important for maintaining firmness and elasticity of the skin. By activating fibroblasts, the cells responsible for the production of collagen, exosomes promote the restoration of collagen fibers, which reduces wrinkles and improves skin texture.

Indications for cosmetic procedure with exosomes:

• Signs of skin aging and increased wrinkles

• Acne and acne rashes

• The presence of scars on the skin

• Hair loss

• Atopic dermatitis

• Dull, uneven skin tone

• Pigmented spots

• Dry skin

• Expansion of pores

Dermapen Mesotherapy with Exosomes and PRP

PRP and exosomes mesotherapy is a combined aesthetic treatment where both platelet-rich plasma (PRP) and exosomes are injected into the skin using a mesotherapy technique, aiming to enhance skin rejuvenation by stimulating collagen production, improving skin texture, and promoting tissue repair, often considered more advanced than using either treatment alone; PRP provides growth factors from the patient's blood, while exosomes, derived from stem cells, deliver a wider range of bioactive molecules for more targeted cell communication and regeneration.

Combined benefits:
By combining PRP and exosomes, the treatment can leverage the strengths of both, with PRP stimulating initial healing and collagen production while exosomes provide more targeted cellular signaling for advanced tissue repair and rejuvenation.

Mechanism of action:
PRP injections introduce growth factors from the patient's blood to activate cells in the treated area, while exosomes, tiny vesicles derived from stem cells, carry various bioactive molecules that can directly influence cell behavior and promote regeneration.

Treatment process:
A small amount of blood is drawn from the patient to prepare PRP, and then we inject the PRP along with exosomes into the targeted areas using a mesotherapy technique, which involves multiple shallow injections across the treatment area.

The Main Advantages of Exosomes

• Produced and absorbed by cells naturally.

• Effective for both injectable and non-injectable (topical) applications.

• They are not capable of dividing, which makes them safe for therapy.

• Carry out intercellular interaction, delivering useful substances directly into cells.

• Promote the coordination of aging processes at the cellular level.

Methods of Exosome Application

Exosomes can be used by two main methods: injection and topically.

1. Topical application of exosomes. Special serums and creams containing exosomes are applied to the skin, often using dermal rollers or microneedles. The advantage of this method is its non-invasiveness and the absence of a long recovery period.

2. Injection therapy with exosomes. The method allows exosomes to be delivered to deeper layers of the skin in order to eliminate deep wrinkles and stimulate collagen synthesis. Injection therapy is especially effective for treating local problems such as wrinkles on the forehead or around the eyes.

Exosomes in The Fight Against Hair Loss

In addition to skin rejuvenation, exosomes are also used in the treatment of hair loss. Injections of exosomes into the scalp help strengthen hair follicles, stimulate their growth and prevent further hair loss.

The use of exosomal therapy for alopecia

Exosomal therapy can be useful for various forms of alopecia, such as androgenic alopecia (AHA) and diffuse alopecia, including telogenic hair loss.

Studies have shown that exosomes can stimulate hair growth and reduce inflammation, which is an important factor in alopecia.

Exosomes contain:

  • 10 types of growth factors that stimulate hair growth and stop hair loss;

  • 30 Types of anti-inflammatory micro-RNAs;

  • 30 different nutrients like biotin, copper, tripeptides;

  • 206 peptides, including cytosolic and membrane proteins.

The mechanism of action of the exosome procedure

Exosomes can affect hair follicles in several ways.

  • Hair growth stimulation: exosomes contain growth factors such as insulin-like growth factor-1 (IGF-1) and transforming growth factor-beta (TGF-β), which can promote the regeneration of hair follicles.

  • Anti-inflammatory effect: exosomes can reduce inflammation in the area of hair follicles, which helps to improve their condition.

  • Microenvironment improvement: exosomes improve the microenvironment of hair follicles, creating more favorable conditions for hair growth.
